SMX super 27 impeller compatable with Sherwood

Hi. I have just replaced my failed Sherwood seawater pump with the SMX QSB pump. Are my spare Sherwood 2700K impellers compatible with the new SMX QSB?

I see the  Super 27 is compatable (and better quality) with all Cummins QSB (assuming Sherwood) seawater pumps but being cautious I just wanted to check the reverse compatability so that I don’t throw out / give away my existing spares.

Yes, as long as your Sherwood impeller has a spline  ( not a key)..
