QSM-11 Turbocharger flexible hose replacement

1. I need to replace the flexible hose from the turbo. I don’t see any way to get to the oil connection without taking expansion tank and other components off. Of course it’s on the starboard side. Any suggestions?  Thank you

I just recently performed a cooler service and exhaust manifold gasket replacement and had the crimp on the flexible side of the flex tube.  I was able to remove the flange  bolts without removing the tanks or heat blankets.  It is tough but can be done 

I searched for a new Cummins factory part but couldn’t get one within a reasonable amount of time.  Not to mention the price!!!  I found a local high pressure hose repair company to crimp on a new end and I &had it fixed in about an hour.  <br /><br />
