QSC SmartCraft Error 2265

Error 2265 – Prime Pump High Error popped up this weekend. It’s come up before but went away. After searching the forum it seems like either “Clean the Contacts” or replace the Fuel Transfer Pump. What are your thoughts on this and if it’s replace the pump, is it available through SBMar? If so, can you give me the link or part number? Thanks!

The pump is located behind the ECM so it’s a PITA to get to and replace…

If your engine starter motor and alternator are 24V then the lift pump is 24V as well…

Corey, thanks for the input. I’d like to ask 2 dumb questions. I’m not at the boat so I can’t look at the engine but would love input before i go down to the marina. 1. Where is this pump located? 2. Is it readily apparent if it’s 12v or 24v? I’d like to order one but want to make sure I order the correct one. Thanks in advance!
