Propeller question

Boat is a ‘83 236 Mako
Engine 250hp 6bta Jwac/Lucas Cav
1.5:1 Twin disc trans
1.25” shaft
Current prop is 16LHx17 (3 blade), which I dinged and am having rebalanced. No idea on cup.

Is this the right prop or close? What WOT numbers am I looking for when I get it back on and test? Speed?

Think dry weight is 4000# so loaded with 80gal fuel & gear maybe 5400#.

Would like to have a spare prop for emergencies so wouldn’t mind changing things up if advisable.

Last thing- who makes a good puller? Was no fun with parts store loaner 7 ton 3 jaw. Got to be a better way.

Simple question–With the current prop, the engine engine make over and accurate 2600 PRM, and maybe close to 2700 RPM?? No load RPM 2900+ish? Any dark smoke?
