    I am servicing all the seawater components ( fuel cooler, aftercooler, gear cooler and heat exchanger and will pressure test them but don’t know how much pressure to load them with and for how long?

    Seems like the reservoir cap is a 15 lb. but not for sure

    As you know, the 15psi pressure cap is on the coolant circuit, not the raw water circuit that you’ll be servicing. Something in the range of 25psi for an hour on an decent gauge would be good.
