    Climate never below +55Farenhiet, hard to find anything but 33% coolant here that’s why the question.

    100% yes and you’ll get slightly better heat transfer with the water rich mixture.  The corrosion properties contents will be less slightly thus deplete faster so may wish to tighten your change-out interval a tad.
