HI

    After some advice.

recently had a problem with the starboard engine gear shift, turned out to be a a faulty solenoid valve

replaced both valves that came with new standard din plug connectors ,

As the old led connectors had disintegrated we replaced them also.

We now cant get a signal to the valve to work , valve works fine when connected to port engine and original din connectors.

looks to be more to the original din connectors than just led have we missed something ?

    Hi Tony

thanks for the tip , we look to have no voltage output to the starboard solenoids

Port side and everything else working fine is there something inside the ETS that may of blow a fuse or trip ??

    our ETS model is 4929690

    thanks for your help

Hi Tony thanks for your reply the guy that changed the Din plug has wired all three terminals.
I believe that’s how it was wired before this is the old connection photo below.

so from what you stated we only need two terminals connected?

thanks owen

Did you manually check what 2 terminals ( not three) you needed to engage the solenoid BEFORE you hard wired it? Then, did you check the out from the GD unit?
