Coolant drain

Figured as long as I had things drained I would make it even easier next time.

I replaced the funky automotive peacock with a quarter turn ball valve. I have a plug as a safety but next time I have to drain the coolant I will remove the plug and screw in a hose barb with a short peice of hose. No mess no fuss…..
