6CTA 8.3 Broken Dipstick Tube

• Hi All, Went to check the oil on my port engine and the whole dipstick tube (dipstick
  

  intact) broke off clean right at the block.  I have attempted threading in a 5/16″ bolt and tapping out.  The tube metal is pretty soft and the bolt just pulled out.  Image below has an easy-out in the dipstick tube.  Afraid to break the extractor and go from soft metal being stuck to gard metal being stuck.  Have put some heat on it thus far with no luck.   Any thoughts?
