    Hi there,

my boat is full of crazy behavior. From the first day on i started to realize that the starboard engine always runs higher on the temperature gauge than the port engine. the temperature of the starboard goes up to 230F if you trust the gauge, but if you measure both engines with infrared, they have exactly the same temperature all over them. the port engine shows only 110F. We drove it like this for 4 days and we always checked both engines on the cores and on the cooling water and also on the temperature sensor and they show exactly the same temperatures. I check the thermostat on the starboard and it works fine. RawWater Flow is also the same. how can i figure out what is wrong…

“Crazy behavior” in many instances points to bad electrical connections especially grounds. Have you checked, cleaned, lubed and re-seated all? Since you have twins, have you tried swapping the gauges?
