So, you pulled the solenoid and removed the spring & plunger and re-installed.. GOOD..

As to re-priming, this pump can be a challenge without a priming bulb and/or an electric pump..

The fuel flow is so low, just install a high quality 3/8″ squeeze bulb in a convenient spot in-line with no bypass, and prime away .. If you had a clear return line, you should “see” fuel coming out of it..

100% Throttle –You may have to crack 2 easy to get to injection lines to prime and initially start on 2-cylinders–It will clear, eventually .. Not like a Bosch 6BTA system.

If it does not pump fuel to the injectors, the shaft broke (or ??) inside the pump–I have see it..
