SMX Universal Exhaust Pipe Flange Kits

Our SMX exhaust flange kits are designed specifically for making joints in stainless steel marine exhaust pipe or tubing.

Machined from 1/2″ thick 316 SS.  Available to accommodate a range of sizes from 1-1/2″ pipe up to 5″ OD tubing. See sizes below. 

 

In our experience the standard ANSI pipe Flanges are overkill for a marine exhaust system. Time and time again we see exhaust systems made with these heavy flanges crack under their own weight or inertia.

 

Choose the Size Below

The 4-5 Inch is Optimal for 4″ Pipe (4.5″ OD).  You can also slip 4″ OD Tubing inside of the ID and weld open root.  Also 5″ Tubing will Butt into the flange with enough clearance for the bolts and washers. Includes gasket and bolts. 

 

The 3 Inch Flange is optimal for 3″ Pipe (3.5″ OD).  You can also slip 3″ Tubing inside and weld Open root.  Includes gasket and bolts. Flange also fits most Cummins Turbos

 

The 2 Inch Flange is a blank Canvass.  It will weld to 1-1/2″ Pipe (1.9″ OD) 2″ Tubing and 2″ Pipe (2-3/8″ OD) This Flange is Undrilled and we currently do not have a gasket for it.  May also be used for generator or small engine turbo flanges. Drill to match.  Includes bolts.
