Custom Heat Exchanger to Exhaust Hose

The Heat Exchanger to Exhaust hose can be tricky as it is often not an OEM hose but rather something that the boat builder sourced and fit to match the exhaust.  In some cases the OEM hose will work, but in most cases the exhaust was modified when the boat was built meaning the builder used a custom hose.

This hose is as close as we have found to being a one size fits all option. It is corrugated and contains wire reinforcement. It bends easily and can make some sharp and even downright awkward turns to accommodate even the most haphazard exhaust fit up.

We will custom cut your hose to the inch to make life easy for you and to reduce waste. Measure up your old hose and we will cut one to match. Or, if you aren’t sure, order some extra and cut to length in the field.
