Below, is a rare belt wrap for the QSB 6.7 that features and additional idler or tensioner between the alternator and crank pulley. 

We call this the CAMO belt.  It is usually featured on QSB 6.7 Military surplus engines with the large alternator and extra belt idler pulley.
