Comparing the 3349229 and 3399230 mounts:  The 3399229 offers a slightly softer rubber Durometer.  Both isolators can work in a range of conditions on B series engines or similar.  In general, softer mounts provide a bit more movement and isolation translating to a bit more comfort, but won’t hold up as well when subjected to heavy loads from larger propellers, frequent shifting/maneuvering, heavier conditions, and higher HP.
