SMX Exhaust Turbo Flange for Volvo D6

NOTE: These Flanges may not work on newer Volvo D6 Engines.  While we have sold these as compatible with the D6 for many years.  We have had at least one customer report issues that his 2025, 340HP D6 Did not have a female pilot to mate with this flange.  If you have a newer engine contact us, preferably with some pics. 

These are the finest quality exhaust flanges you can get————-Investment cast SS316L and machined to +/- .001”.. Extra heavy duty “weld boss” section to 100% prevent warping when welding. Designed to use with or without a gasket (we prefer a coat of high temp silicone on the mating surfaces to the turbo and anti-seize on the Marmon/V-band clamp bolt). 1/8” or 1/4” NPT Pyro Probe / Test Port is optional—You will need to specify.
