    1989 freshwater. 1500 hours. Otherwise working perfectly.

    Injector pump is Stanadyne model DB2-4323, RPM 1800, serial # 6282566, Nameplate part # 147-0101-03 but OEM parts manual shows 147-0461-03.

    Since my original post the gen will now shut down w/ Stop switch. Perhaps exercising the solenoid as I noted above freed up some gunk.

    It *looks* like the top part of the pump is field serviceable [but I’m no mechanic] without removing the pump. And I think I’ve sourced the solenoid for about $70 and am considering giving this a try and cleaning any gunk from the linkage.

    Does this sound reasonable?
