ZF301 oil leak

Hi,

In May 2018 I re-engine with an Iveco NEF/ZF301 combination. Last weekend I noticed a slight oil leak from the gearbox. At first I thought it was from a hose but on closer inspection it looks like it is coming from the gear change shaft on the valve chest and dripping on the hose.
I apologise for the poor quality of the picture but hope to get some clearer ones this afternoon and will then post them here also.

I have spoken with the agent who supplied the gearbox and also ZF and they say it is unlikely that the gear change shaft is leaking. However it is still under warranty so want to get this fixed asap.

I previously has a ZF301 with the oil engine and never had this issue.
My question is how common is it for the gear shaft to be leaking and are there any other possible leak points on this gearbox that I need to look at?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

All,

Hopefully some clearer picture this time. Look very like the gear change shaft seal is the issue.

Any opinions greatly appreciated.
