    Hi,
I would like to use the main engine of our boat to drive the dive air compressor, so I can top up the dive bottles whilst under way.

    I am running 330hp Cummins
    Regards

We have set up many commercial vessels that “main line” all of their ancillary equipment including both high & low pressure compressors that need to operate at the same time and that need to pump tanks during cruise and at idle.. Just in the last year we have done two.. It’s all done using a properly designed & set up pressure compensated hydraulic system driving the air compressor (s) you need to accomplish the task..

Not cheap, but done right is 100% long term reliable a trouble free..
