Upgrade from DieselView to VesselView4

Hi,

We did the upgrade from DieselView to VesselView4 on this Cummins QSB5.9 with the upgrade kit that you sell. everything is working OK, all information shows OK, we connected display to Garmin chartplotter and transfer information OK. but.. i get this error from time to time on VesselView display:

Warning: SIM no J39 Data CNTR Engine

any ideas?, what’s causing the problem.

Compatible sim

SIM Module

Felix, did you assess the engine SIM modules to make sure they were compatible?

Read through this article and make sure that the engine SIMs are in the GREEN
