    Tried to remove one of my upper after cooler zincs and could not loosen it. Tried so hard that the wrench started to round the zinc corners. Any suggestions on how I can get this thing to turn and unscrew?

    Good Picture of what you call an “upper zinc”. Once I see the “damage” and available access, the solution will be quick.
