Smart craft needs calabration

I own a 2005 searay 39 dancer with cummins 370’s. While under way with engine syncs on, (only using starboard throttle) lost port rpm, switched off syncs, used both trottles ok. Traced to broken wire in harness connector under starboard aftercooler. Engine syncs now work. When i start engines, smart craft says(must perform dielsel calibration). I tried to calibrate will not let me. If I turn start rocker switch on& off 1 time quickly, smart craft works. Any suggestions??? i have checked wiring, tried calling mercury/smart craft & cummins- no help.

Tell me EXACTLY which engines you have… if you’re not 100% sure, send me serial numbers. I would also like to see a picture of your SmartCraft display and the C-Cruise rocker panels so I can see exactly how you’re setup before moving too much further…
