I have two Cummins engines 5.9 of 2007 with a SmrtCraft each.
I should reprogram the SmartCraft of the right engine as it also displays data from the left engine.
How can I proceed since this type of programming can not be accessed from the normal menu?
    Thank you

I too have a diesel view display

My dieselview is on a 2005 QSC 8.3 -540HO SN 46406617 I am assuming it is the smartcraft 2.2 version based on the response from Cummins and Mercury
I have a little burn mark on the right side of the display and in full light display can be difficult to read.
Do you know if there is a wiring diagram for this display particularly for the data inputs to the display?
What is the language used for the data is it all nmea 183?
    Thanks for any info.

Let me see if can get my “Digital Guru”, Corey, to jump in here.. You have the earliest of the Cummins-Mercury displays and software and I’m thinking that you will not be able to sort out the glitches …

Give him a day or so..

    Good morning Tony,
    1) ok
    2) ok
    3) the only synchronisation possible are the throttle by switch
    4) The serial numbers of the engines are :
    46711183 and 46711196 of the year 2007.
Iā€™m-considering also the possibility to change the smart craft with news struments because are really old and the engines are perfect with 1600 hours.
    Thanks

    1) You have ONE DISPLAY per engine, correct?

    2) Did it ever work correctly——Post display = Port engine………. Starboard display = Starboard engine?

    3) Do you have any type of engine synchronization?

    4) I need to “see” your engine controls to ID the type

    5) I need those engine serial numbers?

Five questions– I need 5 proper responses, to even come close to helping you..

This are very old engines as you have “Diesel View” from 2004-2005-ish and never had great support..

Need a real good picture of your current displays so we can ID what you have.. Need an engine serial # to ID your electronics version…………………… SmartCraft is not just 1+1=2 .. It’s 1+1 = ??????????? most of the time
