    Boat is 32X12 lobster boat. Pleasure craft used for fishing less than 300hrs per season. Est weight 13000-15000lbs looking for most efficient cruise 22-23 kts . Hull can swing a 26″ wheel. Thanks…..

    I would think one of the higher HP QSB’s, possibly the 6.7, would be right. As to laying out the entire drivetrain (gear model, ratio, shaft dia and prop specs) that’s Tony’s forte……
