    • Freeing Up a Seized Aluminum Detroit Blower?

This topic has 2 replies, has 2 voices, and was last updated byPatrick Presti 1 year ago

October 6, 2021 at 4:11 pm Hey Guys, Any recommendations on penetrating oils for freeing up seized aluminum parts? I acquired a blower for a 4-53 Detroit where the previous took the blower off of the motor but didn’t do anything with it. He said the motor was sitting around for 20 years. Before taking the blower apart, I would like to try to free it up first. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Pat

August 10, 2022 at 4:57 am My gauge on my smx single remote fuel filter is bouncing quite a bit while the engine is running.
