Complete Idler Pulley Upgrade Kit
Includes pulley with bolt, our SMX modified spacer, nut, and washer.
Below is an article we had initially posted about a DIY approach to this upgrade. By popular demand we began offering this as a kit which is “almost” bolt in ready. This kit includes the spacer that has been drilled on the lathe for a 7/16″ bolt. It also includes the bolt, nut and washer in Grade 8. The only step you must perform on the engine is to drill the threaded hole to the larger 7/16″ size. If access is too much of an issue, or you don’t have the tools to drill through steel, consider our OEM idler pulley as it will not require any drilling.
